FRQ + M For Quads, Quadricycles, Tricycles and Motorcycles

The FRQ + M is a light range brake tester designed to test quad vehicles, ATVs, quadricycles, tricycles and motorcycles with maximum load of 1 Ton per axle to the step. Its main task is to carry out a quick and effective verification of the operating status of the braking control, accurately measuring the maximum braking on the front and rear axles, handbrake, as well as the ovality of the braking system discs and drums. .

The system is made up of two independent benches of welded-coated rollers that guarantee adequate adhesion of the tires and is equipped with strain gauges to measure braking force. The bench has independent motors to drive the rollers. It also incorporates security systems that detect the presence of the vehicle throughout the test and the loss of grip of the wheels at the time of measurement. The indication is independent on each wheel and the braking range from 0 to 3.5 KN. A computer is in charge of controlling the entire measurement system and the operation of the machine. The control can be by keyboard, mouse or remote control and the visualization is carried out by means of a highly intuitive software.
